Im teying so hard to do OMAD. I drink water and chew gum. Have a good lunch at 12:30 pm. How can I make it thru the evenings when I'm hungry? PS: I have 2 teenage females who cook and eat around me! Any advice?

My first thought was, who in the world can be opposed to fasting? Then I realized "oh it must be breakfast companies that started the myth breakfast is the most important meal of the day." I work out while water fasting and during my 18 hours fast. I power walk, stay busy through any fast I do….etc. So I guess that is why I look young at my age. People keep saying I want my skin to look like yours:0)

I recently lost 9 pounds in 3 days during my last water fast. Now I am water fasting again.

I definitely have got younger looking. My skin is super clear….etc. My face is glowing. I been fasting for a while now and water fasting this month. I am on my second water fast this month into the 4th day and really is fine. I am not stressed about eating anymore.

I know you mentioned key tones; I’ve heard ketosis can help with anti-aging. So if you eat on a keto diet and do intermittent fasting, I wonder if you could increase your anti-aging possibilities.

What if you want the longevity benefits of fasting, but also want to put on as much muscle as possible, most bodybuilding diets are eating six times a day, should u do the 5/2 one where u fast for two days a week? or would a few day fast every few months be good? what is best for bodybuilding and athletic performance? maybe u already have a video on this lol
