In the 20’s the basal metabolic rate is very high, the cell division is very fast body is able to take that much of pressure. After 30’s the basal metabolic rate is very slow. The toxins start get collecting outside your body. The skin starts showing signs of ageing once you enter your 30’s . The basic skin care tip for everyone is to drink enough water because it flushes all the toxins from your body. Secondly keep your skin cleaning with washing or cleaning agents. The makeup clogs the pores, so clean the skin so that your pores are not clogged. Next is the use of the susnscreens.it has to be used after the age of 30’s. If you do not use, the ageing of the skin just doubles up. Even if you are staying indoors, or outdoors, use a sunscreen because the sunshine my not be harmful, but the ultraviolet rays are harmful for your skin. If you are indoors, use a sunscreen with minimal SPF and when you are traveling, depending on the place, use a sunscreen with higher SPF. Next is exfoliate your skin weekly 2 times, as it removes all the dead cells are removed and thus the skin glows and the texture becomes supple and soft. Next is keep the skin clear even if you are using ageing of the skin If you follow all these steps, you can delay the process, then after the age of 30’s you can slow down the process

I break out very easily with a product that my skin does not like or from some food too.
